Yesterday was recorded to be the hottest day thus far of this year, and, Mike and I spent it photographing a wedding. We visited several different locations during our shoot - all near the downtown, Indianapolis area. I really enjoy that area as there are just so many different opportunities with a camera. Courtney and Brad were loads of fun and just about willing to try anything. Neither one ever winced about the heat and I seriously don't think the bride ever broke a sweat. We finished the day with a stunning reception at the Skyline and my couple is jetting off to Mexico to enjoy their honeymoon. Congratulations and thank you for sharing your special day with us - it was absolutely breathtaking!.jpg)

Last night, Mike and I had the opportunity to spend a few hours with Samantha during her senior session with us. We had lots of fun in the studio trying out new poses in her athletic gear. And then, we headed outdoors into the blazing heat and high humidity. Our lens was more affected than Samantha. She didn't break a sweat and her smiles were adorable. In addition to the heat, I was a little concerned about the biting bugs but Mike brought our fogger along so they left us alone, and as a result, we got some wonderful shots of Samantha. Thanks for all the smiles kiddo - you were a real trooper!.jpg)

The weather was perfect on the eve of this engagement session with Candice and Jamie and after we got Jamie warmed up, he was quite the cut-up. We shared lots of laughs together and what makes this couple unique is their love of the country life....simple, laid-back, content.....jpg)

Tonight was such a fun night at the IMA with the Busold family. It took these little gals a bit to get warmed up, but once they finally did, they were all smiles for the duration. The evening temperatures were quite comfort.jpg)
