Sweet Pea

Miss Maddy is my little sweet pea...always will be, too! I've known her since before she was even a year old as my oldest daughter nannied for her one summer (which seems like forever ago, I might add). I hadn't seen Maddy in awhile and I must confess, many things had changed since our last photo session together. However, the one thing that remains the same is her sweet, adorable and a little bit precocious smile. It took her a bit to warm up but once she found her groove, she was a chatter box and all smiles for the camera working my lens like a true diva. Thank you for all your precious little smiles, even though some were quite bashful. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations about pink hair bows, bubble gum lollipops and pink slippers - I had no idea how much I missed you until tonight! XOXOXO

All Smiles

Last night Mike and I spent a cool, overcast evening with Kayla doing her senior photo shoot. The weather has been so unpredictable these past few weeks so we weren't sure what Mother Nature had in store for us, but we were determined not to let that ruin our night. Kayla was a complete natural and her smile was absolutely adorable. Thanks for such a fun evening. I hope you enjoy not only these images, but also, senior year!

Truly, Madly, Deeply

The spitting rain, endless mounds of grass clinging to our toes and the occasional gust of wind didn't seem to bog down Courtney or Dustin in the slightest tonight as we hiked through the lush gardens of the IMA. Each thoroughly enjoying the other's company no matter the circumstance. I loved watching their flirtatiously, playful antics through my lens. Completely smitten with one another, it was plainly obvious to me that they were both equally; truly, madly, deeply....
Thanks for all the smiles! Mike and I are looking forward to being able to share in your very special day!

Country Life

I can't say enough good things about Matthew and Crystal - I just adore both of them. They are probably two of the sweetest, most easy-going folks that Mike and I have ever met and we have been given the pleasure of being able to share in their upcoming nuptials - I just can't wait. Matthew and Crystal love the country life and so we really tried to capture that part of who they are and we shot all the way up until sunset. Thank you for the amazing smiles and laid-back style. I hope you like the pictures as much as I do!

Playing In The Park

Mike and I had the opportunity to spend a fun-filled evening with Matt and Cass shooting their engagement pictures for an upcoming Autumn wedding. These two are kids at heart so what better place to take pictures than at the park...and that's exactly what we did. Thanks for all the smiles you two. I am looking forward to your wedding day and all the fun that's in store for us!

Boiler Bliss

Tonight Emily and Keith tied the knot in Boiler country and it couldn't have been any more perfect of a day. We started things off at Harry's Chocolate Shop and ended the evening with a fabulous reception at the Union. My husband, who is also a Purdue graduate, was able to take me around the campus reminiscing of fonder days gone by. It was a perfect weekend and I am so glad to have had the opportunity to share it with you both. Congrats and here's to wishing you many years of wedded bliss.

Sweet, Sugary Smiles

This was a night of sweet, sugary smiles from Aleigha. In sorting through all of the images, it was difficult to pick my favorites...there were just too many. It was our last session with Aleigha and she's grown like a weed - they always do. Happy 1st Birthday cutie! I hope you will come back to visit from time-to-time. I'll never get enough of those big blue eyes and that wide-mouthed grin...you're the sweetest!
