Just Imagine
Tonight Mike and I got the chance to once again visit with the Summers family for yearly photos and like usual, we always seem to have the best time together. Crysta twirled and danced with her hot pink tu-tu and leopard print heels before trying out the role of librarian. She wasn't much into reading the books but she sure liked to color in them! Then, two of my favorite super heroes visited the studio: Superman and Batman....not sure who I thought was cuter as each stole my heart. Carrie and Chris, love your little babies to pieces....XOXOXO

Oh The Possibilities...
Today Mike and I finally met Jordan, the newest addition to the J.C. and Baili Hart family. I was sooooo excited to hear that the Hart's were expecting and even more excited to learn that I would have the opportunity to spend this next year capturing all those milestones and wonders that come with a new baby. Congrats J.C. and Baili, Jordan is just precious - perfect in every way!

Sweet Sullie
Our first session in 2013 was just recently, when Mike and I had the opportunity to meet Sullie. Just barely 3 weeks old, she is perfect in every way - all the way from her button nose and rosebud lips down to her teeny, tiny toes. Congrats Aly and Eli, you will find that your daughter is one of the most precious gifts you will ever know this side of heaven!

Last Wedding Of The Year
Today, Mike and I wrapped up another fabulous wedding season with Abby and Brent, from the golden state of CA. When I think of CA, I think of Nappa Valley, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Alcatraz and all the glitz and glamour of Hollywood and the Grammy's. Abby and Brent brought alot of this CA appeal to their wedding as both have an affection for music, and even share this passion with, among others, the lead guitarist from the Red Hot Chili Peppers - who was also a guest at the main event - how cool is that?!? However, there is also a side to Abby and Brent that is easy-going, laid-back, and fun-loving - which made our time together relaxing and enjoyable. You are such a complimentary couple and it was our pleasure to share in your beautiful wedding. Congrats and best wishes!

Katie, Steven...and DALLAS
Last night Mike and I spent, a cold...well frankly, a freezing, windy evening with Katie, Steven and Dallas shooting their engagement session for next year's wedding. This is one of our last engagement sessions of the season which is always bitter-sweet for us...bitter in the sense, that we are wrapping up yet another year of work and sweet, because...well, we are wrapping up yet another year of work! We had a blast getting to know Katie and Steven and the graffiti wall that Katie's brother painted just for the two of them, was nothing short of fabulous; but, the star of the show...hand's down, was Dallas...between that nose, those ears, his two front paws that bowed and that adorable little grin, I just wanted to squeeze him over and over and over! Thanks Katie, Steven and Dallas for such a fun night. I hope you enjoy the "teasers"

The Doctor and His New Mrs.
Today, Mike and I had the pleasure of being able to share in Chris' and John's wedding in the lovely downtown, Indianapolis area. The ceremony was at St. John's church right in the heart of all of Indy's action; regardless of the many events taking place this weekend, the ceremony remained quiet and intimate. The reception followed at the amazing Conrad hotel. In spite of the cold temperatures and small rain showers, the wedding was stunning. And while Chris too is a doctor, like her new husband, John; I had to smile when she asked the D.J. and Wedding Officiant to announce her as "Mrs." since this was a new title for her, and one that she adores, at that. Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Tang - thank you so much for sharing your special day with Mike and me - it was perfectly amazing in every way!

I See A Miracle In You
Last night Mike and I had the opportunity to spend the evening with the Hine family. It's been a while since we last saw the Hine's and so we had some catching up to do. Caden is now 5 and has the vocabulary of a grown adult. He is mommy's little helper and takes great care of his little brother Ethan, who by all accounts, shouldn't even be here today. Ethan is a miracle and every time I get the chance to be with him, I am reminded that Our Father in Heaven is still very much in the business of performing miracles and answering prayers. I am always inspired by this family and their strength in persevering, even when the odds are against them! I love your family and have been blessed by you!
